Endangered adult Concepcion Arroyo-Robledo was last seen by his family leaving his residence on foot in the area of 4600 East Camino St at 0830hrs this morning. He has not been seen or heard from since. Family states that he has been wandering frequently and feels he has dementia although he has not yet been diagnosed. Concepcion is from Mexico and has only been staying with his family in Mesa for the past couple of months. He will not know his address or phone number. Please contact Mesa PD if you have any information regarding this case.
