Marissa Rodriguez (16) is a Hispanic female 5'0, 130lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing gray gym shorts and a white blouse.

Marissa was last seen on the evening of 9-1-14 by her custodial parents at their home. She has not been seen or heard from since. Marissa is a type I diabetic and uses insulin on a regular basis. It is belived that she has been without her insulin for the past several days. The reporting party advised she can go about 4-5 days without her insulin before she has a significant health crash. She is most likely on foot in the Mesa or Phoenix areas. She may also be headed to Casa Grande where she knows several people.
