Missing endangered adult Megan Rubalcava was last seen on 12-21-21 at 2300hrs leaving her residence in the area of 11000 East Flower Ave in Mesa. She has not been seen or heard from since. Family is concerned for her welfare since she recently made comments about harming herself. She is believed to be on foot in Mesa or a neighboring East valley city.
