Missing adult Jessie Owens was last seen this morning at 0800hrs leaving an adult care facility located at 2600 East Hermosa Vista Dr in Mesa. He has not been seen or heard from since. Staff is concerned for his welfare since Jessie has been diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia and he is without his medication at this time. He is believed to be on foot in Mesa or a neighboring East valley city at this time.
