On Friday 16 October 2020 at approximately 4:00pm Calvin was last seen walking away in the parking lot from a Fry's Food Store located at 2250 East Baseline Road toward East Baseline Road.
He was last seen wearing a white in color AZ Cardinal's baseball cap with red bird, a white shirt, brown pants and black shoes.
He suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and gets lost easily.
