Missing endangered adult Steven Engstrom was last seen on 6-26-20 leaving an outpatient clinic in the area of 200 East University Dr in Mesa. He has not been seen or heard from since. His behavioral needs case manager is concerned for his well being since he suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia. He is without his medication at this time. He is likely to be of foot in Mesa or possibly Tempe. Contact Mesa PD with any information regarding this investigation.
