On Thursday 23 January 2020 at approximately 9:30am Judy Walker was observed walking west bound in the area East Thomas Road and North 12th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. She left her residence in the area of North 12th Street and East Edgemont Avenue without anyone's knowledge. She may be confused and gets easily lost.
