Victor Garcia-Rodriguez was last seen around 2030 hours on 09/07/19 when he left his home in the area of Main and Extension in Mesa. He left in a Red 2005 Mazda 6 with AZ Lic Plt CAY5511. He sent family a message over social media stating he felt like harming himself. Victor has a history of depression. Victor has not been seen or heard from since and his family is concerned for his welfare.
