Clinton was last seen when he was dropped off at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona on 05 August 2019 where he was to board a flight to Washington state. Clinton failed to board his scheduled flight. Family has not been able to reach him and are concerned for his welfare.
