On 02-09-19 between 0500 and 0600 hours, Kemeonta "Kemo" Staggers left his Chandler Residence (in area of E. Germann Rd. and S. Gilbert Rd.) Kemeonta's cellular phone was later located at nearby Roadrunner Park. Kemeonta has not had any further contact with his family or friends since this time. Kemeonta has no access to a vehicle. There are no leads to Kemeonta's whereabout currently. Kemeonta is listed in ACIC as overdue.
