Missing endangered adult John Clemons was last seen leaving his residence at 1200hrs on 6-6-18. He left the location in his white 2002 Ford Explorer with AZ veteran's license plate #3026S. He has not been seen or heard from since. John has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and has wandered off on previous occasions. Family is concerned for his welfare at this time. Please contact Mesa PD with any information regarding this case.
