Missing endangered adult Bernadette Bergin was last seen leaving her residence on 12-18-17 at 1500hrs by a family member. She left the location in a 2014 4dr Red Hyundai Sonata with AZ license plate #BGC4657. She has not been seen or heard from since. Bernadette suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, depression and extreme anxiety. She has a history of suicidal behavior and may be a threat to herself or others at this time. Her family is concerned for her welfare. Please contact Mesa PD if you have any information regarding this investigation.
